UPCOMING BOOK

The REBIRTH MANUAL (1)
our next release...
Before You Read Another Self-Help Book… Read This. What if the reason you feel stuck isn't that you're broken... but because no one ever taught you how to maintain your life? Imagine driving a car for years without ever servicing it. You ignore the warning lights. You keep pressing the accelerator while the engine is overheating. You carry more weight than it was designed to bear. Eventually, it breaks down—not that it was a bad car, but because its systems were neglected. Now imagine that car is you. Your mind. Your confidence. Your relationships. Your finances. Your career. Your purpose. This book will change the way you see yourself forever. Written by Hardy Sishange—an accomplished retail executive who has led multi-million-rand operations, built high-performing teams under relentless pressure, overcome devastating personal setbacks, and rebuilt his life from the inside out—this is not another motivational book filled with empty slogans and temporary inspiration. It is a practical operating manual for your life. Using one unforgettable metaphor—your life as a vehicle—Hardy walks beside you through every system that determines whether you merely survive or truly thrive. Every chapter becomes another part of the journey: learning how to restart after emotional breakdowns, protect your energy, repair hidden damage, recognise warning signs before crisis strikes, navigate uncertainty, rebuild confidence, carry life's burdens wisely, and create lasting momentum without burning yourself out. But this book doesn't simply tell you what to do. It shows you why you became stuck in the first place. Drawing from leadership, behavioural science, psychology, neuroscience, systems thinking, and decades of experience leading people through complexity, Hardy transforms difficult concepts into practical tools anyone can understand and apply—regardless of where they are in life. Inside you'll discover: • Powerful reflective exercises that expose the hidden beliefs quietly controlling your decisions. • Practical actions you can implement immediately—even if your motivation has disappeared. • Mental reframing tools that help you think more clearly under pressure and recover faster from setbacks. • Proven systems for rebuilding confidence, discipline, resilience, and emotional stability. • Transformational 30-day resets that help you regain momentum one manageable step at a time. More importantly, you'll discover something many people spend their entire lives searching for: A new way of thinking. This book is closely connected to Hardy's acclaimed memoir, Scars of a Scientist, in which he reveals the painful experiences that shaped the principles you'll learn here. Together, the two books form a powerful journey: first understanding the scars that shaped you, then learning how to rebuild a stronger, wiser, and more purposeful life because of them. So brace yourself. Not because this book is difficult to read... ...but because it may quietly dismantle the excuses, fears, and limiting stories you've believed about yourself for years. Some pages will challenge you. Some will comfort you. Some may leave you in tears. Others will make you close the book, sit in silence, and realise that your life can never be viewed the same way again. By the time you reach the final page, you won't simply have read another self-help book. You'll possess a practical framework for making better decisions, protecting your energy, leading yourself with confidence, and navigating life's inevitable detours with wisdom instead of fear. The road ahead hasn't changed. You have. Now it's time to take the wheel.
