MAHOKO MAGAZINE™
Stories that Inspire. Voices that Lead.
About Us
This Women's Month, Mahoko Magazine proudly opens
nominations for its inaugural Top 100 Women of Influence—a special
commemorative edition dedicated to celebrating extraordinary women whose
leadership, service and influence are transforming communities across South
Africa, Africa and the world.
The world has enough celebrity magazines.
We exist to celebrate significance.
Do you know a woman whose work is creating lasting change?
Perhaps she is building a business that creates employment,
leading a community initiative, mentoring young people, educating future
generations, advancing healthcare, serving her community or making a meaningful
impact in her profession.
She may not be famous.
She may never have appeared on television.
But her story deserves to be told.
Perhaps that woman is you.
This edition honours women whose contributions often go
unnoticed, yet whose work continues to shape families, communities, industries
and nations.
Who Can Be Nominated?
Nominations are open to women of all ages, professions,
backgrounds, cultures and abilities who are making a meaningful
contribution within their communities, organisations or industries.
Women may nominate themselves, or they may be nominated by
family members, friends, colleagues, employers, organisations or community
leaders.
Multiple nominations are welcome.
